Many Ways To Help

Donations of time, merchandise and dollars are appreciated.

Here are some ways you can support Operation Iraq: The Spirit of Christmas.

Volunteer to be a shift coordinator – for a day, a week or longer.
Volunteer to help with packing cartons (and bring friends!)
Volunteer to write notes of thanks on greeting cards.
Make a donation using PayPal by clicking the "Make a Donation" button on the left (a $35 contribution sponsors a package for one serviceman or servicewoman).
Help procure merchandise (“wish list” items, holiday greeting cards, artwork by kids, etc.)
Donate beverages for the volunteer packers and work crews.

If you are a kid
Draw pictures and write notes of thanks to the troops.
Organize a fund-raiser (e.g., car wash or garage sale)
Donate some of your allowance to “Operation Iraq: The Spirit of Christmas”

If you are a business owner
Dedicate a day to “Operation Iraq” and donate a percentage of that day’s sales.
Display an “Operation Iraq” mini-poster at your place of business.
Establish a “challenge grant” to match contributions from employees or patrons.
Circulate fliers and postcards about this project.
